Notable Christian scholars throughout the world believe that tomorrow, May 21st 2011, is the Rapture. The most common passage supporting the idea is Thessalonians 4:15-17. Where it states:

"... and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

So basically what happens is that all the good Christians get sucked up into the clouds to meet Christ. If you've seen the movie, or read the books, "Left Behind" you know how it looks. Everything remains what they were wearing but the bodies just disappear.

For the 99.99999% of people that won't be sucked up with tomorrow's Judgement day, we'll just wait for the real end of the world in 2012. But just in case things get scarey tomorrow you may want to check my post on Essential 2012 gadgets and supplies.
