End of the World 2010 Hurricane Season

The NOAA released their predictions for the upcoming 2010 hurricane season a few days ago. It doesn't look good. Taken from their site:

We estimate a 70% probability for each of the following ranges of activity this season:

* 14-23 Named Storms,
* 8-14 Hurricanes
* 3-7 Major Hurricanes
* An ACE range of 155%-270% of the median.

Basically that means we are screwed. If you are a Florida native, like myself, we might as well jump ship now. If you want to read the predictions for yourself you can find them here.
