Charter Communications has a new promotion running called Laptop-a-Day Sweepstakes which is going on from July 15th - Sept 15th (that's 2 months!). Coming off the recent success of their HDTV-a-day promo, they are kicking off this new sweepstakes for all the kids going back to school. The winners of the promotion will get an HP 550 Notebook 15-inch with Windows Vista and a NeoTec Compu Backpack. I went ahead and registered myself and it's really easy. There are also some special internet offers where if you buy one of their services you will receive a gift card for either $100, $75, or $25 (depending on which bundle you get). Taking a look at the list of gift cards you can choose from, it looks like there are about 25 which include clothing retailers, home and accessories shops, restaurants, and a few others.
