An article came out in the Boston Globe today which predicts the end of the world is near. The author, James Carrol, and his experts seem to be focused on global warming and climate change. While it is possible that extreme climate change will be our demise, I just don't see that happening soon enough. Since we all know the world is ending in 2012, there will have to be some drastic changes quickly for us to die by this date through the hands of climate change. Lucky for us, one of the experts James quoted said, "2009 may well turn out to be the decisive year in the human relationship with our home planet." So at least we will know by this year if climate changes kills us all.
